Applicant requirements合作要求 申请人要求

  1. You will run the store yourself, make it your sole business, and commit fully to the brand — protecting its image and growing with it. You love Molly Tea, identify strongly with the brand, and share its values: optimism, pragmatism and drive.申请人必须为实际经营者，愿意作为唯一事业，全身心投入品牌的业务、维护品牌形象与品牌共同发展。热爱茉莉奶白品牌并有强烈的品牌认同感，认可品牌价值观——乐观/务实/奋进；
  2. You are between 20 and 40 years old, of good character, law-abiding and of sound ethics, with no criminal record.年龄20-40周岁之间，品行端正、有较强的遵纪守法意识和良好的道德品质，无违法犯罪记录；
  3. You have good commercial credit, the capacity to bear investment risk and civil liability, and some business management experience. Industry experience is an advantage.具有良好的商业信用，有一定承担投资风险和民事责任的能力，且具备一定的经营管理经验，有相关从业经验者优先；
  4. You follow the systems set by head office, take part in regular technical training and assessment, and work within head office’s direction. You care about the tea business and take food safety and service seriously.严格遵守总部制定的制度，愿意定期接受总部提供的技术培训和考核，服从总部安排，热爱茶饮行业，有良好的食品安全管理与服务意识；
  5. You know your local market, have a good business reputation and a broad network, can find store sites and draw on commercial resources, and are able to manage a store.对当地市场有所了解，拥有良好的商业信誉和广泛的人际关系，有一定的店铺选址能力及商业资源，具备店铺管理能力。

How it works合作流程

  1. Step01

    Submit an application递交申请

    Complete the franchise application on this website. You will hear back within 3–5 business days.前往公众号，找到开店申请入口填写合作申请表，提交申请，3-5个工作日收到审核结果

  2. Step02

    Qualification review资质审核

    Once your application is approved, we arrange a meeting in person.申请通过后，预约到线下面谈

  3. Step03

    Confirm intent确定意向

    After the interview, sign a letter of intent and pay the related fees.面试通过后签署意向合同，支付相关费用

  4. Step04

    Site selection选址辅导

    Head office evaluates the sites you propose, within 7 business days.总部评估审核客户提交的店面，7个工作日

  5. Step05

    Formal agreement正式合同

    With the site confirmed and your commercial lease in hand, sign the formal agreement and receive brand authorization.完成店铺选址流程，签署正式合同，品牌授权，持商铺租赁合同

    Note: partners provide the lease agreement, and a personal credit report for head office records.注：合作方需提供房屋租赁合同，需总部备案个人征信报告

  6. Step06

    Store design店铺设计

    Floor plan, renderings and construction drawings, in 7–10 business days.平面图、效果图、施工图，7-10个工作日

  7. Step07

    Fit-out and training装修+培训

    20 days of training; 26–35 days of fit-out.培训20天，装修26-35天
